| Zachary Chitwood grew up in Springfield,
Missouri. He was raised as an athlete since the age of 4. Zachary started a lawn
care business at the age of 13 to fund his college and sport habits. Athletics
was always his passion. By the age of 17 he went to state in Track for sprinting
and got a basketball scholarship to Lindenwood University in St. Charles, MO.
He then went to college at Missouri State taking classes in drama, theater, and
business. During college he also became certified through ISSA in personal training
and performance nutrition. Zachary then wanted to take his competitive spirit
to the next level so he moved out to Los Angeles. |
| Zachary landed some agents in LA
quickly but getting some jobs was tough. He said, “I thought everything would
go faster till I realized how long this is going to really take.” Zachary
did manage to land Eminems Hit video “My Band” as
a Stand in, body double, and featured after being in LA only 4 months. He says “Getting
good jobs just keeps you motivated to keep pushing and keep working hard.” Zachary
has been working hard after 5 long years. He has managed to land national commercials,
infomercials, print ads, 3 feature films, and become SAG/AFTRA. If you look around
you might see him in the magazines, workout videos, or all over the web. Zachary
says “I’m away from my family for a reason. If I just stay focused
and do what I’m supposed to do they probably won't have to work as hard
as I did.” |
